At Versatile Arts, we offer nearly 50 adult classes per 8-week session! See below for our class offerings in different disciplines.
Almost anyone can try aerial! However, people with active or chronic shoulder, back, hip, wrist, or knee issues should discuss those with the instructor before taking a class. All classes begin with warm-ups and stretching. One-hour private lessons generally do not include warm-up time, so plan to arrive early or warm up before you come to the studio. We recommend 20-30 minutes of cardio activity before all classes to prepare the body for stretching and training.
