The Cathedral in SPACE
Opened in August 2008, The Cathedral is Seattle's first facility that is wholly dedicated to the aerial arts. It is located within the SPACE design collective building in the Greenwood neighborhood, a quiet residential area a few miles north of downtown Seattle.
The Cathedral's features include:
- 28-ft ceilings;
- Custom-designed beam clamps on all points;
- Six vertical apparatus, 4 trapeze, and one sling/hoop/net point available;
- Dance flooring over compressed rubber floor;
- Two bathrooms with showers;
- Separate stretching/warmup area.
The Cathedral is intended to be a teaching and training facility for aerialists of all levels.

- Levity Circus Acrobatics
Other teachers are also welcome to use the space for private lessons, workshops, and potentially classes if the schedule allows.
