Description: This workshop focuses on intermediate tricks and transitions on Lyra. You will learn to string unique and fluid combos together incorporating tricks like rolls and laybacks.
Prerequisites: Straddle and pullover mounts, unassisted double knee hang, familiarity with single leg hip holds
Bio: Meg Austin is a pole dancer, aerialist, and handbalancer. She regularly competes and performs across the US and internationally. She is the 2020 US Pole Dance National Champion and competed in the 2021 Pole Sport World Championship in Bologna, Italy. She currently teaches pole, lyra, flexibility, and hand balancing.
