Details: This workshop focuses on introducing the foundations of flying pole, including starting to spin, learning to climb while spinning, attempting basic shapes, and putting short combos together. This workshop is ideal for students who have never done flying pole and are taking other beginner level pole, aerial, or acro classes.
Pre-requisites: Basic familiarity with aerial foundations, including basic climbs and unassisted invert. Some familiarity with either dance pole or Chinese pole is helpful but not necessary. Full-coverage, form-fitting clothing is strongly recommended.
Register before April 24th to avoid a 10% late fee.
