Camille Swift (a.k.a, Femme Fenix) is a professional aerialist from Chicago with 11 years of training and practice in static trapeze, dance trapeze, and aerial sling. She has performed and taught in France and throughout the United States. Her classes and workshops focus on dynamic movement in the aerial arts, building strength and honing technique for maximum efficiency and ease in the air, performance with power and precision.
‘No Frills’ Skills & Drills on Sling – Fri 4/8 @ 10:00 – 11:30am – $50
In this workshop students will learn the techniques for executing smooth, effortless beats and dynamic tricks. Want consecutive elbow circles but don’t have them yet? Afraid to drop into ankle hang? Come to this workshop with any dynamic skill you’d like to troubleshoot and dive into the core of dynamic movement under a master technician’s eye.
Students must be able to invert into the sling from standing on the ground with the bottom of the sling hanging at head height. A familiarity with beats will be helpful, but is not required.
Register before April 2nd to avoid a $5 late fee.
